Faction/Race change with vote points

I wanna suggest this idea cause in the server we have so many people who wants this and cant pay cause we live in bad contrys with shitty economy (Like me), i see unfair u only can recustomization for 2weeks of voting and that is unuseless, who is gonna uses 100vp for change face or hair? u can do that in a barber shop :I

Enabling this would draw the attention of more people by noting that not only those who donate can get nice things.
