[Monk][Windwalker][Artifact] Hidden Spell - Lightning Burst

Bug description: The hidden artifact spell doesn't work. Each time when you jump, it should do damage to the enemies that are between 10 yards of you.

( The owner of the video says: Lightning burst is a hidden passive built into the Windwalker Monk's Fists of Heaven. Lightning Burst knocks back any enemies within 10 yards of the landing position of the monk. This ability can be triggered by falling from a certain height or by reaching a certain amount of airtime (this height is higher than normal jump height, meaning the passive can be triggered by using a jump/Whirling Dragon Punch combo). If falling from far up a lightning animation will play around your characters body (including slowfall effects such as goblin glider). )

However, this shouldn't affect players, only mobs. ( As provided here https://youtube.com/watch?v=eKsOyiv8slA:

I only know because I main WW on retail i was wondering too what's this annoying thingy, so I looked it up

I forgot to add that currently, the spell procs even if the player jumps while mounted. I don't think that it should behave like this.

It does I am 100% sure of it. When you go to your class hall, there are those big stairs. I always mount up, jump down from those stairs, get a proc all the time

I think that you should check it a bit more before fixing this. It seems a bit abusive for a player to just spam jump and damage every mob around him for like 50k constantly.
