Bug description: thunder focus tea boost various healing spells and one of them is that enveloping mists become instant cast, right now the 2nd charge of thunder focus tea doesn't go away when you use enveloping mists twice and you can keep casting it instantly on yourself for as long as the thunder focus tea buff lasts, apparently this only happens if you use the first charge by casting enveloping mists on yourself and then keep doing it

Whenever you cast Smoothing Mist , Enveloping Mist doesnt consume thunderfocus tea buff. 7.1.5 patch update.
