Bug description: After winning bgs along side getting AP and gear we should also get Boxes and marks of honor .

Not really, I think those are from the bg bonus events, not permanent drop

According to my research, AP and gear is the only thing you should be obtaining from regular PvP. Pretty sure it was some sort of a promotion / bonus event indeed.
