[REJECTED] Artifact weapon

"1. When you reach level 98 and you go to Dalaran - Broken Isles and go out from Krasus' Landing for some feets an NPC will spawn (SERGEANT DALTON) with the quest : An Important Mission "

This NPC gives me the quest for artifact weapon to warrior.
I have tried first time to do it. Didn't make it
Then the NPC never spawned again to begin the scenario and the quest in missing.
I also deleted cache folder twice.
Is there any way i could restart the quest?
I am kinda useless this way to play. Believe me. I tried.
