Bug description: should'nt penance be able to heal myself and friendly target? When use it on myself or other targets it stand invalid target.

You need "the penitent" talent for direct healing with penance (first row, first column)

This talent will be remove in future patch and implement in the spell

Yes, you need The penitent, lvl 15 talent
