[REJECTED] Skinning Trainer Will Not Teach Skinning

Bug Description: There is a lot to cover here so thank you for taking time to read this. Here we go. I am unable to learn the skill of Legion Skinning. I don't know if this bug is character specific or happens to other people.

Once reaching level 110 I decided to learn legion skinning (yes I should have done that sooner). As you are aware you cannot simply learn the skill in Legion. First you must complete the quest required. I now go to the location of skinable npcs that will yield the quest item. This is where I ran into trouble. Upon killing and looting the npc the name tag in the bottom right corner showed the word Skinable in orange. Again, as you know orange names mean that you are more likely to fail skinning the corpse but it also awards more experience towards the skill level. When I tried to skin the corpse I got a command at the top of the screen that says you are not high enough level to skin this npc.

My next course of action was to try another npc in a different location, and another, and so on. I then decided to buy the materials off the AH thinking maybe there is a work around for the bug that I was experiencing. Only kind of. I was able to complete the quest and accept the new one. I accepted the quest thinking that I would be able to skin now. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was received the same error. I tried to think of another work around. I then abandoned the quest and unlearned skinning. This is the point where I come across the whole reason for this post. As you will see in the video that I've included I was not able to retrain skinning or accept the quest that I abandoned. Nothing happens when I click on either option. I tried learning skinning from Orgrimmar and then coming to Legion Dalaran; same result. I've unstuck my character using the website. I've deleted my cache separately and along with the before mentioned unstuck.

I want to thank you for your time reading this post. I apologize for the long report but I thought that if I explained my process if might help with the bug fix bug, if it is indeed a bug. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Hopefully in the mean time a GM can .learn me the skill so I can work on my professions while the bug is being fixed server side.
