Bug description: The up time on spell reflect is 1 sec and it should be 1 spell reflect.

Any spell that have ''travel'' time and one instant spell will both get reflected by 1 reflect. And same thing happens with the talent mass spell reflection https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=114028&&name=mass-spell-reflection.

Confirmed, even if two players cast a 'traveling spell' they both get reflected.
