Bug description: Shadows cares not work blizzlike and also bug youre cooldown in freakz like cold blood evasion and increass their cooldown this movie i take in f****** server and this talent work just like a blizzard 7.1.5

Also, for the 459878956465th time: in 7.1.5 THERE IS NO option to make some specific abilities to "recharge faster". Only thing you can do is to lower the cooldown when you apply such an aura, then increase the CD when the auras is removed.

Look at that video at around 1m, and have a really close look at the cooldown of feral spirits. On 7.2.5 obviously you can make it recharge faster, because Blizzard changed the interface code. But as of now, Shadow's Caress is working exactly as it did on retail.

iknow u go test this shadows cares with cold blood and evasion when cooldown is ready u cant use cold blood and evasion i dont know why.

Evasion works perfectly, I found the issue with Cold Blood. Will try to fix it.
