[COMPLETED] Loot being bugged and rolled back after killing General Nazgrim on Heroic SoO

Bug description: After having killed General Nazgrim on heroic, i rolled the loot and it spun forever, so i took a screenshot and relogged in hopes i got the loot when i came back, and got nothing. Could I please get a chance at getting loot from this ? Thank you.
