[REJECTED] [Casting Mechanic] Spell queue vs CD

Bug description: Sometimes when you try to use spells very fast and you have lag, spells with a cd major than global cooldown are added to spell queue even while they're in CD(Cooldown).
You know that you can queue only 1 spell at time, then if this problem occur, you can't queue other spells until that spell is used.
This's not first time problem occur.
