Bug description: WW monk mastery not applying for abilities
Proof: Rsk without any abilities first https://imgur.com/a/mO3TA, Rsk after different abilities https://imgur.com/lya0pxq , also easily testable
Note that this bug is affecting ww monks dps very hard, please check and answer as soon as possible, thank you.
