First of all sorry for posting here but I rly can't find the place to post my problem!

I just spent 7 dollars to unlock all world quests but nothing happen...I still have to unlock reputation with dreamweavers ( the reason why I bought this thing) , but I don't have any questline for them! I am just stuck into the void of confusion. Can someone please help me dealing with my problem?
