Since a lot of players are complaining about this , I tried to test this by myself and I got the next results.
Pay attention that I wear no gear , just weapons , having 14% crit and 12% mastery. The tooltip damage of SOTW is 568.955 .
30% of 568.955 = 170.680,5 ---> 568.955 - 170.680 = 398.275 average damage on 1 target. 12% of 398.275 = 47.792 -> The average damage + 12% from the mastery = 446.067

I screenshoted 2 casts ( first was 1 tiger palm and sotw to trigger the mastery and 2nd right after first sotw , after 40s, keep in mind im still in combat , you can see that i went from 5 Chi to 3 to 1 ).

1. 399k+170k=569k exact as in the tooltip , but its missing the 48k from the mastery .
2. 436k+170k=606k (this is weird part , it only seems to be for SOTW , the mastery is working for this only if your next cast is the same as before , sotw).Its obviously that the damage from second SOTW is increased with 47-48k ( 12% mastery).I think its working in the opposite way -

That's completely not true. Mastery does not affect SOTW at all. Just because you got 569k on one cast and 606k on the next one, it does not mean that mastery affects it inverse. You think that every single spell that is affected by mastery is scripted separately? If what you say would be true, it would be true for ALL monk spells that are affected by mastery.

The difference is because of the fact that SOTW is weapon damage, and it has a coefficient of 2025%. Weapon Damage means it has a minimum, and a maximum value. The larger the coefficient, the larger the gap is between the two values (for example with min-max = 1000-1200 damage, you'd have 20250 - 24300 as min-max for the spell).

The spell does correct damage, splits damage on secondary targets, deals full on the primary, everything is fine, except that it's not affected by mastery. Will fix it soon
