[REJECTED] Mannethrel NPC is not showing up on my Client

Bug description: I Need to talk to the NPC "Mannethrel" for the Demon Hunter Quest "Cry Havoc and let Slip the Illidari!", but the NPC is not showing up on my Client, i tested it on Variant 3 (Long way) and Variant 2 from the Download page. but on both versions i can not see the NPC. Just as additional Information, i am using Windows 10 64 bit Version.
