The Quest Surprise Attack! in Pandari is not working and because of this i am unable to collect Reins of the Onyx Cloud Serpent.
The quest conists of two parts :- Meet up with Ban Bearheart outside Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes, and put a stop to the Mogu Invasion there.

Join the Battle at Niuzao Temple

Defeat the Mogu Invasion

And the NPC for "Defeat the Mogu Invasion" do not spawn.
Please help, as a mount collector it is really upsetting.
