Bug description: this spell consumes runic power faster i cant prove you with video cuz i cant record it and i cant edit it but i can explain you my experiments i watched so much frost dk pov videos and tried it on a dummy like 2.5 hours ppl just goes and casts 2 obli and starts their breath and does like 35 sec breath minimum i am getting like 70 runic power getting my 4 runes up then start my rotation and get like 30 sec avarege breath thats a huge dps difference and you can feel it while playing frost dk please check this and thank you gl on your job
