Bug description: I got the Artifact Knowledge on my druid at lvl 25 already since 2 or 3 months ago i think but on the achievement says it is at 20 (i think is because i did migrate from another server im not sure about it) still i dont have acces to the perks of having said achievment (quest, artifact appearence etc) because of it
