[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Monk WindWalker passive second bonus

Bug description: First buff doesn't work (the second works fine)

As the first buff says, all damage must be increased by 8% except for Chi Orbit, in "affected spell" we find a blacklist, not a wishlist.

The passive of WWmonk have have 2 buff, the first one afflict all spell except for Chi Orbit for 8%, the second only BlackoutKick, RisingSunKick, TigerPalm for 8%

I will calculate damage for a spell afflicted by both passives, and another only for the first

Proof_1- Strike of the windlord damage: formula https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/spell/strikeofthewindlord?spec=MonkWindwalker&&version=7_1_5_23420
Formula: WeaponDamage* (22.5+22.5/2*) * Multiplier
Tooltip: 1214655
Calculated damage = ((5501+10219)/2 + 33815/3.5*2.4))*(22.5+22.5/2)*1.145(paragon)*1.0214(versatility)*1.08(first buff passive WWmonk)=1311840
Claculated/tooltip = 1311840/1214655 = 1.08, and the only coefficient like this is first bonus passive WWmonk

Formula: AttackPower * 1.05 * TotalDamageMultiplier * (1 + 0.1 * ArtifactTraitRank(TigerClaws))
Tooltip: 57788
Calculated damage= 33815 * 1.05 * 1.0124(Versatility) * 1.145(Paragon) * 1.3 (artifactTraitTigerClaws) * 1.08(FirstBuffPassiveWwMonk) * 1.08(SecondBuffPassiveWwMonk) = 62408.99
Calculated/tooltip=62408.99/557788=1.08

So, the second buff of passive WWmonk works, the first don't.
I calculate BlackOutKick damage and find the problem too.

Also i tryed to calculate ChiOrbit damage, maybe the problem could be that our server intended the first buff afflicted list as WISHLIST intead of BLACKLIST, but my result is completly different compared to the tooltip, i tried to moltiplicate or divide for each coefficient that may affect this spell, but i'm not able to go back to the result of tooltip

Formula: 1.72*AttackPower*Multiplier
Tooltip: 58797
Calculated damage: 1.72*33815*1.0214*1.145 = 67424.37

None coefficient bring me back to the tooltip damage

The first bonus that gives 8% general increase to all abilities except Chi Orbit works correctly.
The second one that gives another 8% for RSK, BK and TP is not yet implemented.

Chi Orbit has 150% AP coefficient (aka 1.5), not 172% (I am aware that it should be 1.72, but since the spell itself doesn't work, it wasn't hotfixed yet).
If you calculate using 1.5, you'll get the correct damage

You just said in the first post that you got 8% more on SOTW compared to the tooltip. So now what do you mean by "it isn't increased"

Actually, SOTW cannot be increased via this passive. for reasons I will not try to really explain, let's just say because of the fact that SOTW is not practically a "monk" (because it's an artifact trait) spell, you cannot increase its damage via SpellModifiers. Auras that you see on our site as "Add Spell Modifier %"

If this buff work correctly, damage must be 1311840, insted damage ingame is 1214655

I will hotfix the damage parts to have the same spellfamily mask as the original spell (again, won't really go into details on what are these and why), so the windwalker passive will work with SOTW as well.

formula = 5.25 * TotalAttackPower * TotalDamageMultiplier * (1 + 0.05 * ArtifactTraitRank(FistsOfTheWind))

same stats as first post, 5 traits in FisrsOfTheWind

Calulcate it = 5.25* 33815 - 1.0124 * 1.145 * 1.25 * 4 *1.08 (this spell must be increasd by first passive) = 1111271, without 1.08 coefficient, 1028954.86, tooltip ingame 1028955
And i moltiplicate it as 4 ticks, not for 5 (fromula in mr robot intend 5 ticks)
