Bug description: As of recent "fix" or perhaps earlier Combat Experience has no effect on Kill Command, relating to your (Quicksand's) video at https://youtube.com/watch?v=gjLWU7w9V9M:

According to the calculations in the video, KC should deal 325k from main pet (3/3 pack leader and w/o 35th trait)

I am sorry, but the fix is not yet live. I forgot about the fact that on fridays we restart the server at 5AM due to PvE resets instead of the daily 5:45AM restart, so I didn't manage to apply my fixes in time. It will be live with the next restart
