Bug description: After Movement speed fixed my Feral Affinity on guardian druid give me only 15% movement speed form 200 mv resulting 215% It would have to rise to 230% because 15% is applied to 100% should not apply to 200%

Where's the proof that it should be 230%?

I didn't spend like 3 hours on retail trying to figure out all interaction between movespeed auras without reason: https://imgur.com/a/74XcM

I have 100% + 2% from Night Elf racial.

Travel form gives 100% => making it 202%

Feral Affinity gives another 15% => 217%
