I need the staff help

I need help with a little problem I have within the guild I stay. I am almost the only active player in this guild but I have no rights on invite people in it. Guild master is off for more than 2 months and officer so they are.

I like that guild and I want to stay in it. As a common player with no rights on inviting people, I mostly play with some friends out of the guild. So here come the question: is it possible to put me in officer's rank ? It will allow me to invite active players and some friends.
