Bug description: The spell works as an interrupt and also silences players sitting in it but doesn't silence monsters sitting in it, even if they have interruptible casts.
Proof: Didn't manage to get as of now. If someone can post any,if not i'll be back at a later date if really needed.

I believe that this is a general problem with SILENCE effects (solar beam, avenger's shield). It will act as an interrupt but the silence effect will not work, above that, the NPC will still cast spells while under the Silence aura but they won't be shown in the cast bar (resulting in instant casts of spells/uninterruptible)

Now I have an answer for those random heals in HoV from Mystics and Arcway elementals. This really needs to be fixed asap.

Will reject this for the moment, since there is a problem with the spells vs creatures interaction, nothing related to the spell itself.

Will work on a topic explaining all these bugs later this month, along other Mythic+ issues in general.
