Bug description: If monk cast soothing mist on his target behind pillar with all other buffs , he will get out of combat in 5 sec, even tho he is still healing.... he should be in combat all the time when he is healing his target which is in combat , thats the reason why monks are livelords in 2s , they just start soothing mist , stand behind pillar and have mana regen as they are not in combat coz they are not even tho still healing target which is in combat....

p.s. quicksand can u explain me that base mana on different classes ? i thought its 110 k for everyone on 110
