Here is a bug I found.

Bug description: As a discipline priest the trinket only procs on Power Word: Shield but not on Shadow Mend.

In the below example I cast 3 times Shadow Mend and Power Word Shield last. As you can see the 'Fragile Echo' buff only procs on Power Word: Shield.
