Bug description: If you crash before you start the arena you disappear the skill and talent of talent. Which is disadvantageous to you, because the statue does not give up anymore.

So what is he trying to say is , this spell, from pvp talents https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=209525&&name=soothing-mist(Ancient Mistweaver Arts) , not the passive from monks healing spells , is getting bugged when you get disconected in arena and you no longer cast it on friendly target . Also the statue has no more the PVP status , doing nothing. All I can tell you is this , I cannot test this because I can't crash the server . What you could do is to record ,right immediatly after a recent crash, a video where you log back using Soothing Mist.
