Bug description: spell have 7 hits ok now if you have dot on target and another paladin cast artefact your dot is replaced by his dot

As you can see in his video after i use wake of ashes ,when he still had his dot on dummy, the dot just went from 4.5 seconds(his dot) to 6 seconds(my dot).
