[REJECTED] Spell queue

Bug description: Spell queue is not working as it should. Sometimes after spamming a key with ability u want to use it is casted 2 times in a row. Also sometimes when u want to cast a skill, instead of this u cast the skill u casted before. It's impossible to play with this feature especially when server delay is 150+. I've played on many servers with spell queue enabled, also played on retail and never had theese problems before. Something is wrong here for sure.
