Bug description: Quicksand , November 30 7.1.5. hotfix is not applied to Serenity . Spells should no longer snapshot after Serenity ends . if you use fists of fury before serenity ends and the spell cd goes to 10 seconds , after serenity ends it should go back to 20 seconds instead of remaining 10.

This is not true , the hotfix was supposed to be live , but was only tested on PTR . It would be a dps loss if they would nerf serenity , even tho monks are not doing impressive damage .I found no hotfixes for monk in November 29 as you said earlier https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/news/20303039.
