[REJECTED] cannot submit the quest

Bug description: i have done the quest (by collecting all items) as you can see in my screenshot but still unable to submit the quest

Delete the cache folder then try again.

i have already done everythings, delete cache folder in my client folder and recopy my client. but still it doesnt work.
