Problem with getting kicked From M+

hello fellow players and staff,
i was wondering that if it would hurt anyone that this server would implant a system that didnt allow you to kick some one after putting in the mythic + key,
because latetly its trending that u get invited to a key, they use you and then kick u when last boss is at 5% hp
i got trolled like this 3 times this week thats why i tought its good idea to have such system which makes premade and pug runs more safe,
and it makes all the sense if you think about it

No counter argument here. My guildmate suffered something exactly similar. I don't want to name and shame but I have screenshot proofs that this thing happened today in our M9 Eye of Azshara pug as well. The player in question was in lead and kicked my guildmate when the last boss was exactly at 10% thereby depleting his key immediately and robbing him of AP or any shot at drops. This kind of behavior, if left unchecked or without a solution, will only have a negative impact on the player base that depend on LFG because they are either guildless or are being ignored by guildmates. +1 to OP's suggestion.

Solution is simple, on blizzard after you/are leave/kick from party/raid, you are teleported out from instance after 1 minute (i know on freakz you are teleported out after 2-3 second). So if timer will be 1 minute you can kill/loot without any problem.

you will be out of the group , you wont get loot / ap anyway, cuz you get insta deplete for your char if you are out of grp.

my solution is to use vote kick system, if theres some kiddo raid leader and he wants to kick someone there should be atleast 3 ppl to vote kick , i think there is such mechanic , just doesnt work here.

like this u gonna eliminate rage kicks and kicking offliners would still work.

I think you should not be able to kick people while in combat.

quote from blizzards forums I found :

"Limits
A vote to kick a member may not be initiated during, or for a short time after combat.
A vote to kick a member may not be initiated in the first 15 minutes of a group.
Only two members may be kicked from a group.
If a player DC's, they cannot be kicked for a full minute to give the player a fair chance to reconnect."

Kick mechanic rules is just for LFR/Dungeon Finder.
Another solution: in mythic+ should be disabled kick/removed after timer start - however, original players (at start of timer) can not be substituted.

And to have a good life, you should always be Leader of group, when you play your keystone.

You should not be able to replace players after timer is start.

Even if they are only for dungeon finder, the no kick in combat rule would help with this situation.

There is no point in replacing after the mythic starts unless you have a warlock in your group as you can't just walk into the dungeon with a new replacement. Additionally, the mythic is lost the moment key owner exits the dungeon on his own or by a kick.

I believe that would be good idea, it will prevent players from trolling others or any other reason for a kick. I don't see any downside of not being able to remove someone from party since it's very important to have all of your group members in group to successfully finish the dungeon.
Not only on Freakz, but people which play on Blizzard official servers are complaining a lot, even myself.
I would also suggest to work on dungeon difficulty known issues.
