[FIXED] [Warlock][Destruction] Chaos Bolt & [item]Feretory of Souls

Bug description: I tested on dummy for a hour and in dun, immolate,conflagrate and incinerate work ( about 10% chance to get shard). Sometimes, I saw conflagrate get 2 shards ( cuz 1 always get), althougt chaos bolt have 15% to get shard (soulsnatcher) but never get 2 shards for me. I am not sure about chance to get shard with cataclysm, channel demonfire, rain of fire, maybe long cooldown but I never get shard from those spell, maybe i got bad luck or it's not work, can you check it ?

chaos bolt is chaos damage , School Fire, Nature, Frost, Shadow, Arcane , i search on wowhead
in retail forum, they said have chance to get 3 shard with chaos bolt with soul conduit

Feretory of Souls should indeed proc from Chaos Bolt as well. I am not sure why askmrrobot does not show it, but I have made some research and saw that is does. The legenday was changed to proc from CB when the changes for Demonology were announced on the patch notes, on which I had a bug report as well.

what's about chance shard with Rain of fire , channel demonfire and cataclysm never saw them get shard
