[REJECTED] Equipment Manager removes sets after relog

Bug description: When i create an item set in the equipment manager it gets removed after i go through a loading screen or relog. Its weird because on my other characters when i made all my sets they stayed the same but when i create a new one it just gets removed. Also i can not change the name of the set or put another icon. The save option seems to be the only thing that works in the eq manager.

This happens because you have a tabard equiped. You can't save a set in the equipment manager if u have a tabard (or a ribbon i think) equiped .
