Bug description: Too little to almost same parries as crits on templar's verdict.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/k9LcH Is this even posible to happen? My average crit/parry rating in 2 minutes is like 20% crits/6% parries when i have 25% crit rating.

You cannot really make statistics on 58 casts. You can toss a coin 3 times and maybe they all will be heads, so you can say, that it's 100% chance that every coin toss in the world will be heads? You need at least 100k coin tosses to make some sort of statistics, but even that would not be entirely precise. I made a script which allows me to call the exact same function that decides if a spell is crit or not "x" times and make a normal statistic out of it. You'll see that crit works fine
