Bug description: This is the second time this happened to me and I request to get the packs bag from mail since this is a bug.

I cant believe you actually still think loot bags should have a chance to be empty, this NEVER happened on retail...but ofc this is a very old debate since mop. I guess because of one person's stubbornness we just have to receives empty boxes cause it makes sense.

Let me guess, we need to bring proof for ore prospecting too yeah? Or inscription milling. Since those *loot boxes* are also empty sometimes.

When you receive a box, it has 100% chance to drop an item. After it accesses the loot table to establish what item to be dropped, you randomize a quantity for that item. Thats how its supposed to work. If it drops more items, it's a 50% chance for it to drop a 2nd item, then 25% and so on.

Calm down...and seriously, there is a way to bring proof. The next time you hit and empty loot from the blingtron then while the loot box is up then hit that printscreen button for a screenshot. That would be undeniable proof.

That is not the proof they were asking for, they want proof that loot bags/boxes should never be empty, because they think loot bags/boxes or even prospecting ore/ milling herbs, should have a chance to be empty when you open them...

Yes, this problem also appeared for the savage gifts while the winter veil event. Was really annyoing if you was going to farm the mount.
