I really want to play arms in mythic+ dungeons but i can barely find any info about a rotation using focus rage, which id prefer not to use because that talent is terrible, but finding any sort of rotation using another talent build is impoosible, wondering if anyone might have tips on some other builds and so possible rotations/Priority lists.

Honestly, Arms is known to do poor in constant high AoE scenarios. Your only hope and actually quite a big burst in AoE is going for Warbreaker + BC + Bladestorm but the high CD is making it quite unreliable.

Arms is great in single target that is his advantage and decent in cleave if you go for Sweeping strikes and Titanic might.
