Bug description: Stormstrike should deal 20% less dmg in pvp. Here it does like the same dmg or slightly higher than pve.
As for stats I have 5% more dmg from versatility in pvp but 5% less agility.

They already do only 80% damage in PvP, but you cannot compare PvP and PvE damage, because as soon as you enter PvP, your stats become COMPLETELY different. So for example you have 18k agility outside of PvP, but maybe templates give you 22k agility, therefore it will do more damage, even though the final damage output will be reduced by 20%
