Bug description: When casting Dire Frenzy or dire beast with the leggo bots equipped the cd on Kill Command should be reduced with 3 sec. If the dire frenzy attack fails (target parry) you wont get the 3sec CD reduction.

It should be on cast not on hit (the same problem was with cobra shot resetting the cd of KC while BW is active on hit and not on cast)

Can't record a video to show how on Freakz you loose the cd reduction on parry, but it is easy to test on ogrimmar dummy.
