Bug description: Hungering Rune Weapon does not reset on boss wipes. Also the legendary: Seal of Necrofantasia( https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137223&&name=seal-of-necrofantasia) does not reset, and if you wipe like after 1 min and you used the Hungering Rune Weapon charges, in order to start again you need to wait almost 6 minutes for them to recharge .

Proof: i dont have a video but it can be easily tested

Idiot blizzard, put 1 second cooldown with 3 minutes recharge time, so our script that resets cooldowns that are higher than 2 minutes simply don't see it. Will whitelist this spell
