Details: (optional) I have done quest from alchemy which includes black rook hold dungeon on heroic difficulty. I did the quest but forgot to loot the recipe(It was there, I could kill the boss while the quest was active only). I tried to obtain it again from Lord Kur'talos on heroic difficulty, but he doesn't spawn.
