Bug description: The trait does not work for Lightning Bolt.
Proof:

While trait is active:

87023 ÷ 102618 = 0.84802861096494 = 84.802861096494% - elemental blast
114088 ÷ 135820 = 0.83999410985127 = 83.999410985127% - icefury
23324 ÷ 27767 = 0.83998991608744 = 83.998991608744% - chain lightning
29414 ÷ 35017 = 0.83999200388383 = 83.999200388383% - lava burst
16414 ÷ 21373 = 0.76797829036635 = 76.797829036635% - lightning bolt

Lightning Bolt overload deals 9% less damage than intended, due to that hotfix we talked about. LB got increased to 175%, LB overload is still 160%

Weird, it made more sense that the differece came from the trait since the difference in % is around 12%, as the values stood for non-modified mastery and the added trait. I'll modify the topic if that's the case, then.
