Bug description: You can see/target other soul effigies. Only the person that created it should be able to see/target it .

Yup, it's annoying to see the Soul Effigy in the raid because you can target it.

Yeah you can run in very big problems with Guildmates and Raid mechanics like on High Botanist Tel'arn (adds spawn in SE and like some dps cant dps or stun instantly because of SE)

Pls fixx it -
