[Event][Darkmoon Island] Missing NPC Erinys

Bug description: NPC is missing, should be spawned in an underwater cave on the east side of Darkmoon Island
Proof:

Make sure https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=116068&&name=ring-of-promises is in the loot table as it starts a quest to give you a toy.

The mob's level should not scale, it is level 100 with a quick spawn timer. Feel free to check http://www.wowhead.com/npc=85531/erinys#comments to see confirmation on this or location of mob spawns.

what about loot table? doesn't show anything in database and i am on 3 kills without loot so far
