Bug description: How is it possible to hit 17k / hit of Shadow Word : Pain with 929 ilvl, 56k intellect, 83% mastery, 30% haste and 24% crit? From what I know, minimum hit is the normal damage without any crit, and the critical damage doubles the normal hit. Can some1 explain me please?

Let me explain it to you since you are seemingly new to the game: you have a thing called haste, which makes your dots tick faster, but the max duration does not decrease. so when you have 0% haste, SW: P deals damage 9 times (every 2 seconds for 18 seconds). When you have haste, those "2 seconds" become lower. For example with 10% haste, it deals damage every 1.8 seconds, so it will deal damage 10 times instead of 9. If you have 13% haste for example, your periodic timer will be 2 / 1.13 = 1.76 seconds. This means, that it will tick 10 times, and it will be at at total duration of 17.6 seconds. now there's 0.4 seconds left to the complete duration (18 seconds). So the damage of the last tick is linearly scaled. If you do 100% damage on a full tick (1.76 seconds), then you'll do 0.4 * 100 / 1.76 = 22.72% on a tick whose duration is only 0.4s.

TL;DR: The last tick on almost every single DoT in the game will deal a partial damage due to the fact that haste decreases the periodic timer
