Proof: The Glyph is not working evertime i got enrage i dont get on fire :/?

The fire should appear when you have https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=184362 on you.

On freakz the fire appears only when you use https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=18499
