Bug description: Killing Vandros doesn't give you quest credit. Got the quest last night and since then I've killed him 3 times today, got the achi even but it still doesn't count towards the quest. I'm so confused, what am I supposed to do? It says 1933 people finished it so what am I missing? Not sure if it's a bug, I'm sorry if it ain't.

I'm struggling with this quest too right now.
Actually the problem is that most group convert to raid for better party frames etc, and since this quest can't be completed in raid you won't get credit for kill. Achivements are not affected by this.
It would be great if devs changed all dungeon quest with killcredit to be able to complete in raid since you can't get more people in the instance anyway but this is how it is.

long story short - make sure your party isn't converted into raid
possible fix - make dungeon quests with killcredit possible in raid party
