Bug description: Should have a number on him like soul cleave ( u already fixed this ) .. the number of fragments .. is very annoying to spam for nothing.

That is from another patch (june was already 7.2+). Find me one where from 7.1.5, because I'm 99.99% sure it didn't work like that on 7.1.5, because of:

If you open the same spell on WoWHead, you'll see that here are THREE effects instead of two (meaning that Spirit Bomb was added later by blizz). It's not something I can fix, because I don't really know how and why does the client recognize those aura types. It will most possibly fixed only in upcoming patches

Actually, I managed to create a hotfix that allows the client to show the Fragment counter on spirit bomb as well. I know that it's not exactly blizz-like (as this fix was possibly added after 7.1.5 on retail), but the change does not affect gameplay/class balancing, it's purely informative, so i decided to fix it.
