Bug description: it do less damage than it shoud
Proof: sadly i cant proof this cause i dont havve screen of the dps it do beffor but plz check this after that fix you done it do less damage its like it gatter 4 icic instead of 5 i test it alot since last night my friends too i have 80% mastry with frost that mean 80% of my frost bolt shoud stack with glacial spike and glacial spike itself for me do 500k damage but it do alot less damage than beffor plz check this

Something is wrong with Frostbolt -> BF Flurry combo, it appears to not benefit from the shatter provided by the instant flurry anymore. Will test some more

Edit: yeah, crit capped for frost at 33% and frostbolt is not critting when using BF flurry right after it. This directly affects the damage of glacial spike since you have smaller icicles from lack of frostbolt crits.

As you can see in the screen i have 32.82% crit chance, this means 33,82*1.5= 49.23% + 50% from shatter = 99.23% crit chance on frostbolt if cast with the FB>BFFlurry combo. In the screen it fails to crit, and its not just bad luck chance of 0.77% to not crit, it happens regularly because Winter's Chill doesnt affect frostbolt for some reason after this fix.

Absolutely no relation between those two bugs. Nothing was changed for frostbolt, at all. If it's the way you say it is, it was always like that. But the fix I did for glacial spike cannot under any circumstance affect how Frostbolt interacts with Flurry.
