Bug description: This spell is affected by dampening which kinda makes it useless in 2s. If you use it in deep dampening the higher HP player will take dmg every second and the other one getting almost no heals.
Still have to test if it's also affected by other healing reduction spells.

You have to bring proof showing that the spirint link is affected by dampening, use a recording program or effective screenshots. I have just tested in and from approximately 80% to 30% HP on 2 different targets we both got down to 55% ish in 40 damp.

Spirit link should be affected by damp, earthien shield will become affected by damp in 7.2.5

10:47 their HP got insta redistributed. Here the totem does the normal dmg but for the fact that the heal is low it hits you every second until you reach the same HP as the other player.

After watching a couple videos and testing how spirit link works on freakz, I've come to the conclusion that link should not be affected by dampening, or atleast not how it Is right now. On 50% dampening between a 10% target and a 100% one, the spirit link got the lower one to 25% while the higher HP member got down to 50% on the first tick, further balancing their HP coming to around 34% after 2 more ticks, which means spirit link is affected by dampening.

in a game that by all means has atleast 50 or even 60% dampening active, the spirit link balances the HP of the 2 players instantly.
Further research shall be done on this matter.
