[DUPLICATE] ww monk storm,erth and fire bug

Bug description: the ability should be increasing the dmg of a spell by 50% which isnt the case, i tested this by using recount and a raider's training dummy. I tested 1 ability and is most likely affecting all abilities (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=107428&&name=rising-sun-kick), and what i fount out is that the dmg increase from https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=137639&&&&name=storm-earth-and-fire
isnt 50% but actually 5%
